The wireless provider space is dense and they like to scream prices and show maps. When Yahoo entered the arena, they had the right to be unique and focus on the consumer alone–no brick and motor stores to worry about, no name recognition work to be done. The lifestyle benefit of the consumer was the clear takeaway as I sat on a small team of execs to build the product launch roadmap and strategize brand distinction.

We fed users’ passions by maintaining the beloved Yahoo approach of simplicity with a smile. From initial concept guidelines to a holiday drag queen moment, this scrappy unlimited plan packed a bright punch in the cleanest and simplest of ways.
